Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your INTENSE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
